UPSC preparations are provided by coaching institutes. No college provides lectures and classes for UPSC. Students can take admission into coaching institutes like VisionIAS, NextIAS, Vajiram & Ravi, etc. for their preparations, if they want.

Colleges do not have any intention of their students to qualify UPSC, their primary task is to give students quality education and make them graduates in particular field. So for UPSC, college does not have role to play.

But the knowledge and notes provided in college can help you in preparations. So do not take your college studies for granted.
