List of these colleges changes every year, I mean to say the top college is not static, but the college which has maintained its position on the number one rank not only in Mumbai but also in India for Computer Science and Engineering too is IIT Bombay, you can refer this college for that you will have to go with the JEE mains then after having qualifying percentile you need to have good rank in JEE advanced,
