thank you for approaching us . if the rank mentioned is your general rank then , sorry to say but you will not be able to get  a seat in the best 25-35  colleges in gurjarath since their cutoffs for civil range between 3000-5000. but , if you have any special category or quota then you might get a seat in the top 40-50 colleges in gujarath .
