According to the mentioned marks and percentile your rank may be somewhere around 80,000 to 90,000 as per analysis based on previous year records. 

With this rank you must go for spot counselling, if it is being conducted because in primary rounds of the counselling process it will be tough to get a seat in Cse or Mechanical in any reputed or even least reputed Government college.

Try to go for your Home state quota college first as that will enhance your chances of selection.

Now, a very important fact which most of the JEE MAINS low scorer are unaware of. There are some GFTIs which conduct local counselling like GGU BILASPUR, GKV HARIDWAR or HNB GARHWAL. You can also try in some other central government colleges like CIT Assam, Tezpur University, NEHU Shilong.
