There is no such best and worst teacher in any field, you need to be the best student who will learn and understand what the teacher says.

For further assistance, you can take join coaching centers in your region or join online platforms like Unacademy, etc. Or there are several videos in YouTube or in web which can solve your doubt.

You should follow a strict schedule of studying for NEET and must read thoroughly NCERT books. And also can refer some prominent books for further knowledge.
