There is no best private college for medical in India but many good private medical colleges. The main difference is the fee structure in them. Basic facilities in all of them are good and up to the mark, however, there are certain differences which amount to such variation in the fee structure. 

Here is a list of some of the good medical colleges, Fee may vary from 30lakh to 70lakh:-
