As per my knowledge I can list down top 5 colleges in India for BBA in Event Management. These colleges are:
1. Amity School Of Communication,  New Delihi
2. National Institute of Event Management, Vile Parle, Mumbai.
3.Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication, Dwarka
4. National Institute of Fashion and Event, Jabalpur, MP
5. Institute of Mass Communication Film and Television Studies, Kolkata.
There other pvt as well as govt colleges which offer but few of them offers BBA. You can pursue MBA in event Management after doing BBA incase you can't get BBA specialisation in event management in desired college.
