     Look definitely ME will bring you more scope & opportunities in career. BCA+MCA is equivalent to BTECH in CSE or IT. So hope you got it. If you have done BTECH or BE, then definitely go for MTECH or ME. Those two's are professional courses, but different. BTECH degree has it's value also.
