BAMS is a good choice since it deals with  Ayurveda treatment. If you are interested in health consultancy than BAMS is good option than Pharma D as this is only a diploma courses of pharmacy.

Also Complete your MD after BAMS than it is more useful.

It completely depends on your choice which one you like as both are good.I can clarify what these subjects deal with.Pharma D deal with medicines and several allopathic treatments .You can recommend to patients as well as you can work in any medicine shop.It focuses on clinical pharmacy practise.

Whereas BAMS is a medical degree in Ayurveda medicines.This course deals with several ayurvedic courses .However there is one problem since ayurveda is not recognized throughout the world.So this course is a bit limited.

D.Pharma is a 6-year Pharmacy PhD level programme, a 5-year research, and one year of clinical training. D.Pharma varies from B.Pharma and M.Pharm completely. It is based on the practise of clinical pharmacy, which will reduce the workload of doctors. The key subjects covered in it are comprehensive disease evaluation and drug administration. A good alternative, of course, is D.Pharma. whereas, Ayurveda, founded by ancient Indian treatment specialists, is one of the world's oldest medical branches. It is India's conventional medical branch. In Ayurveda medicine, BAMS is a medical degree. One may practise as an Ayurveda physician after BAMS.
