I think tou should go with BMSIT bangalore in comparison with SJCE Mysore because BMSIT has fame in all the field including Placement, ranking, quality of education, location wise it will good. So i think you should go with your Second option.

BMSIT Bangalore has better infrastructure, better placement record, and better education etc.

BMSIT highest placement package is 50 lakhs.

so according to me, BMSIT is the better for engineering instead of SJCE.
