You have not mentioned your domicile state dear, cut off marks for getting into BHMS the varies from state to state under state quota.

It is quite difficult to predict the cutoff for BHMS as cut off marks varies every year depending upon different level of the neet question paper, number of students that appeared in NEET examination etc.

But in general, based on previous year trends , a student from general category should get at least 450 marks to get a seat in Government medical college for BHMS
