Hello student,
You must know that DigiLocker is an initiative by the government of India to save your documents online and reduce the paper burden. So, it has clearly been specified that all the documents are valid on DigiLocker and must be accepted. Hence, it is ought to be accepted by the school authority and Bihar board as well.
