Yes, few colleges (in most cases the private ones) takes admission without CUET UG entrance exam but you should have completed your class 12 with at least 50% marks from any recognized board or you may also seek admission in a college by applying through management quota, which reserves few seats for candidates that have not given entrance exam but it is usually beneficial for students with good grades like above 90% in class XII.
