Biology NCERT is a key to get success in medical exams. But in AIIMS exam you have to study more than NCERT to crack that exam.
So you should have additional knowledge along with NCERT.

There is no prescribed syllabus for AIIMS in Physics, Chemistry or Biology. The syllabus is given only based on previous year question papers. According to them, a vast number of questions are asked outside NCERT, mainly in Biology. So you should also refer to other Biology books for a better rank. NCERT at your Fingertips is only enough for preparation of NEET.
