NEET is not required for getting admission in biotechnology. if u are willing to take bsc in BT, then u need 60% or above in 12 standerd with physics, chemistry and biology as your subjects. if u r willing to take B TEC in BT then u have to take entrance exam for engineering to get admission in a college. You cannot get biotechnology seat through NEET.  The National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) are only for taking admission to MBBS and BDS. NEET is not compulsory for biotechnology courses.
