After completing this course , one can work as supervisor in a dairy plant in the plant design or project execution or be a dairy consultant or take up entrepreneurial task in milk plants . Plenty of opportunities are available in Australia,  Denmark, Switzerland for research work in diary technology. Jobs of food inspectors and quality controllers are also available.  So future prospects are bright.
