Hi

No, BITSAT seat allotment process has not started yet
Seat allotment process is done through counselling and counselling is done after the declaration of the result of the BITSAT examination.

Now the BITSAT examination is yet to be conducted, it has been postponed due to covid-19 outbreak and dates for BITSAT examination is not clear for now.

So you need to wait for the notice regarding BITSAT examination date and then declaration of its results and then only seat allotment process will start through counselling.
