bms stands for bachelor in management studies , generally the course involves basics of finance, accounting, management system of corporate worlds, The course consists with  the knowledge and skills needed to assume management positions in a wide range of organizations. however since it is a bachelors degree course you may join finance team as well as hr management related works. however for tier 1 organization like tcs, wipro, IBm recruits candidates in hr position who hold a mba degree in human resource. you may join for mba course after completing 3 years bachelor in management studies which has decent career growth.
