So No , Board exam marks are considered in neet examination.
Your 12th board exam aggregate will be used for eligibility

Neet is a combined medical entrance exam conducted by NTA.
Eligibility include 12th PCB stream student with
50% (UR)
40% OBC/ST/SC total aggregate.

Syllabus - Physics , Chemistry , Biology of standard 11th and 12th

Category Cut-off Percentile of NEET UG .
General Category 50th Percentile
OBC 40th Percentile
SC 40th Percentile
ST 40th Percentile
Total marks 720

Till now, no information tells board exams are gonna effect NEET. NEET exam depends only on mark in entrance exam . But you need to learn 11,12 classes well , then only you get a base on subjects. Regularly studying, revising, understanding concepts of physics, chemistry is enough to crack neet. Spend 3-4 hours a day, learn along with your school, practice mock test thus you can crack neet easily with a good rank.
