The Ministry of Human Resource Development said that the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi is fake. This has been declared by the Directorate of Education. As far as Delhi is concerned, there are only three relevant boards - Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (ICSE) and National Institut e of Open Schooling (NIOS).
