Specifically talking about the books then for preparing for jee paper 2 and nata you can refer to arihant publication books.the books are supported with ample number of mock test papers. You can get an in-depth knowledge about the questions that are asked in the exam. You can also go on doing rs agarwal or rd sharma.
Apart from this i would suggest you to surf through the internet in search of some useful blogs which can help  you in preparing for your exam.
