Both these colleges are good indeed.

But, if we compare them then the Bowring and lady curzon medical college is ranked 1st while Vedayhi institute of medical science is ranked 5th by MCI according to different aspects like facilities , faculties, equipments, etc.

Also, the Bowring and lady curzon medical college is now naned as Banglore medical college and research institute  (bmcri).

And in case of athouritisation/affiliations, the bmcri is a government institution while, vims is a private institution.

Ultimately bmcri is better than vims.

So, i will suggest you to think properly and choose wisely.
