B.P.E.S and B.P.Ed are the equivalent in terms of qualification and eligibility. So if you get any one of those you can apply for physical education teachers at schools. For further you can go for Masters program and thus you will improve to a much better post in the sector of your job.

Although, B.P.Ed curriculum is more affined towards teaching jobs. so you can go for it or BPES as per your wish.
