Yes, as per the eligibility criteria of UPSC final year students too are eligible to appear for the exam, provided their results come out before Mains as they need to fill the DAF, hence if your results come prior to Mains exam of the appearing year, then it's all good and you're eligible to apply, also make sure you attain the minimum age criteria of 21 years old.
