There is no standard cut off for admissions at Sastra University. It differs from year to year based upon the competition. But, if we see the trends of previous years, the cut off might be around the rank 150 in stream 2 and it might be around the rank 400 in stream 1.

However, it's not the standard cutoff. It varies from year to year based upon many factors. Prepare well.
