You can pursue B.tech courses without any entrance exam but you will not be able to get into top colleges like IITs, NITs & other reputed institutes that take their own entrance exams & offer top-notch education.

Candidates can take up various subjects & various courses in some of the top institutions in the country if they appear for entrance exams. So, it is better to appear for the admission entrance papers on national level & institution level.
