B.Tech definitely offers better opportunities than BCA after graduation but your options must depend on the type of colleges you are getting and the amount money you want to invest in graduation .Bca is a programmer with vast knowledge of scripting as well as programming languages like C,C++,Java ,Html PHP etc .Best profiles for Bca is application developer ,coder etc.
Btech is BCA person with detail knowledge of hardware and software ,They can be technology developer as well as coder.

If you are looking forward to jobs after graduation B.Tech is the right programmes. However, if you want to pursue post-graduation in the field then BCA and MCA are can be a good career choice for you. Another advantage of BCA is that you don’t have to appear for highly competitive entrance exams.
