B.Tech CSE is much more valuable and in demand than BCA Hons. In B.Tech CSE more technical education is taught. BCA hons syllabus is more of superficial and involves subjects like, Data Structure, Algorithms, database management, operating systems, software engineering, computer architecture, web development and programming languages.

Talking about big product based companies such as Google, Amazon, Adobe, Microsoft, etc, don't set any restrictions and even BCA graduates can apply, However when coming to service based companies such as TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, etc, demand B.Tech CSE graduates more than BCA grauates.
