I would say if there is no financial problems and you get a good institute for B.Tech, try doing B.Tech CSE. Although both of them teach almost similar things, the coding part is same. Both are taught topics like Programming Languages, Data Structures, Algorithms, etc. However, B.Tech CSE is a 4 year degree and is more recognised as well as it is more demanded. The technical education is more in case of B.Tech than in BCA.

Therefore, B.Tech CSE is better than BCA Hons.
