Hi Sudhanshu.

For doing B.Tech , you just have to Pass your 12th boards. There is no other minimum requirement for B.Tech.

But if you want to do B.Tech from an IIT, you'll not only have to clear JEE Advanced, but also have to get a minimum of 75% in 12th boards.
