Yes , you can pursue b.ed after b.tech. Although some universities have their eligibility criteria for entry into B.Ed. course as Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. While some universities allow admissions to b.tech graduates but only those who have done b.tech in applied mathematics or applied physics. And some universities allow admission to all engineering graduates. Now even Lucknow university allows admission in B.ed to all engineering graduates who had a minimum score of 55% in their graduation. So , it mainly varies from.university to university.
