now a days technology is changed in every second, so B. Tech is good and it has more scope in future.

Both BTech and BArch has good scope. Well, B.Tech is not just a course. There are different branches in B.Tech. the scope is different for different branches. The branches with higher scope will be CSE, ECE, Mechatronics etc. And, for B.Arch, I don't think, it will ever lose its importance or scope.

Choose the one that you want. Don't go or something, just because it has a good scope. You may regret about taking such a decision later. So, choose the one that suites you.
