Yaah surely seats are available. There are a lot of B.Tech seats for the admission of UG students via various examinations like JEE , SRM , VIT , COMEDK etc. It depends upon you through what domain you are looking for and the branches will be alloted based upon your marks scored in the respective entrance examination.
