There is no 15% quota for the programme BUMS & BAMS programme. The counselling will be conducted by the state counselling authorities, To get admission in Government colleges you will be eligible to apply in Bihar only , Other state you can apply for the private colleges.

yes,if you apply to other states from where you have not done your 10+2 education or you don't have domicile of that state then you are eligible for 15% all india quota seats.i hope this information helps you.
