Yes, JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) accepts two separate marksheets (i.e., one for Class 10 and another for Class 12) even if you are a private or open school candidate, provided the following conditions are met
1. Both marksheets must be from a recognized board (CBSE, NIOS, BBOSE, etc.).
2.You must have passed all subjects as per the eligibility norms.
3. You must meet the minimum percentage/aggregate marks required (for General: 75%, for SC/ST/PwD: 65% in Class 12 or top 20 percentile rule).
4. Class 12 marksheet must clearly mention your name, subjects, and passing year.
5. You must have appeared and qualified JEE Main and/or JEE Advanced in the same admission year.
