Apply all IITs and NITs though chances are less. Try spot admission counselling in NITs at the end of counselling. Apply IIITs, Central Unversities, BITs, VIT, Manipal.....etc. Good luck.

According to previous year cutoff, there are chances that you can get in Newer IIT/ Mid range NIT or other State Owned Government Colleges.
If you go for most popular M.Tech. Stream, there is possibility that you will not get any IIT. But if you go for less popular .M.tech.stream, you can get new IIT and NITs.
