The NATA exam conducting authority does not entertain any correction once the candidate submits the NATA 2018 application form. 

However, if your mistake is really major and needs to be rectified immediately, in such cases, authorities might entertain the correction or any discrepancy in the application form on a request through e-mail.You need to request for correction before the issue of NATA 2018 admit card.
