Hi Sagar,

JEE-Mains consists of three papers- one for B.E./B.Tech, one for B.Arch. and one for B.Plan. If you do not appear for any of the papers, you will be marked absent for that paper and zero marks will be awarded for the paper. So, you can give only the B.Tech. paper if you want to.
