Yes , previous year question papers of neet are great from revision point of view, it will let you know the examination pattern, the type of questions asked and the topics from which questions are asked more. So , if you practice previous year question papers of neet then it will help you a lot in your preparation.
But , yes just doing 4-5 previous year question papers of neet is not enough if you want to score good marks, you need to do chapterwise, unit wise revision as well. You can join a test series as well and you should go through mock test papers. These things will make you exam ready.
