The cut off of JEE main depends upon various factors and it varies each year. also, the cut off rank is different for each category and also the cut off are different for home state quota and all India quota. In 2019 JEE main paper2 AIQ cut off was:

• NIT, Calicut: 945-1362
• NIT hamirpur: 1786-3599
• NIT, Patna: 1101-1683
• NIT, Raipur: 2027-3886
• NIT, Rourkela: 1187-1949
• NIT, Tiruchirappalli: 121-1075

If you are from other category apart from general, then your cut off rank will be lesser. You can check the link below to get the list of last few years cut off of JEE Main paper 2 in NITs.
