My aptitude test was mostly based on the internship project which was done by me.How ever it lasted for atleast around 4o mins, with only me talking.

Yes the personal interviews are a lot long, almost from 30 to 50 mins.

If the technical is done through your HR will be breeze through. Its just a formality.

Now if your communication skills are not that polished, you need to double up your preparation for this.

L&T Infotech doesn't take people who cannot communicate freely.

Aptitude is of three sections, English, Logic, and one more Section.
Each one has sectional cut off.
