Hello there,

IIRS offers M.Tech, M.Sc and PG Diploma programs under education programme for which admissions are on the basis of entrance exam.

So to be eligible for IIRS entrance test you've to have B.Tech or above to contest in the exams.

I'm sorry to say this but you're not eligible for IIRS entrance test.
