JEE Mains Is organised by NTA every year. There are more then 10 Lakh Applications. So Cutoff depends on the no. Of applicants and difficulty level of exam. This year 2018. Cutoff for PwD candidates was 0.113 percentile. So if you got 15 percentile you are qualified under PwD.
