can 1st year b.e student can write jee mains ??.it is possible to write the jee mains while studying first year in a govt aided college??

Hello Aspirant,

Yes, you can give jee mains while studying in first year of a government aided engineering college.

The eligibility criteria for jee mains are as follows -

  1. Candidates should pass from any recognised board or University.
  2. Candidates should opt for physics chemistry and mathematics as mandatory subjects.
  3. Candidates should pass with minimum of 75 percentage in their class 12th.

In addition to that if you have given your 12th in the year 2022 then you are eligible to give jee mains for the years 2022,2023 and 2024 and jee advanced for the years 2022,2023.
