Yes, you can sit for JEE Advanced after a double drop, provided you have cleared your JEE Mains and qualified for Advanced.
As per eligibility criteria, each candidate is allowed to sit for JEE Advanced for maximum two times in two consecutive years after they have passed their 12th boards. For example, if you have given your 12th in the year 2021, you will be allowed to sit for JEE Advanced in 2021 and 2022.
Since you didn’t appear for your first JEE Advanced attempt, technically, the one you are going to sit for will be your final attempt.
