yes, 10+2 passed student can take admission directly in B.tech in private college where no entrance exam required or by management quota.

there is entrance exam conduct for top engineering college. but you can take admission many of Pvt college directly.

yes if you are rich enough to buy a seat from any college. Also you can be admitted based on your 12th marks. Its little difficult to get a set in goood college. But if you have political influence then you can easily get a seat.

To get admission in B.Tech you need to give entrance exams which varies fom College to college.

• If you want admission in private colleges or universities then you have to give entrance exam conducted by that respective university. 
• If you want admission in NITs,IIITs then you have to score good in JEE Mains. 
• If you want admission in IIT then you have to achieve a high rank in JEE Advance.
• If you want admission in State funded colleges then you have to give entrance exam conducted by that respective state.

No a 12th standard student cannot be admitted directly in to btech, he will be allowed only after finishing their 12 th course having a certificate of their respective boards(state/central)
