Yes. You can do BTech in computer science and engineering from various NITs and IITs all across the country. You have to give this exam called GATE in CSE. However, you have to study the BTech syllabus of computer science and engineering for the exam.

For specifications in your masters, you could do a general computer science MTech. It will be really helpful.

But do it from either top IIT or NIT. Only then it will be helpful.
