Bhms doctor have all authorities regarding homeopathy medicine ,but not in general medicine ,

No bhms doctor is licensed to perform the surgery as caeserion is one of the prominent surgery process it requires specialization in gynaecology .

The gynecologist is trained right after mbbs ,where as bhms can go in to gynaecology by pg diploma right after completion of bhms degree .even though after completion of pg diploma in gynaecology ,one can become eligible to practice only as doctor in homeopathy
