If you fulfil the below criteria, then yes you can apply for JCECE 2017 -

1. Applicant must be a citizen of India.
2. Candidate must be a local/ permanent resident of Jharkhand.
3. Applicant must have passed +2 from a recognised board with at least 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The minimum aggregate score required for SC/ST candidates is 40%.
4. Age criteria: There is no age limit required to apply for JCECE 2017.
