Because you are in your final year of btech, you are eligible to apply for the pgcet course.

And you can apply by writing the PGCET exam if you meet the required qualifications for the exam, which are that the candidate must have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum of 50% marks, with some exceptions for other categories, such as SC/ST candidates who must have obtained a 45 percent aggregate.
